How do I reset my password?

On the login page, click Forgot Password, enter the email associated with your account, and click Send Instructions. The instruction email will arrive in your inbox shortly. In the instruction email, click Reset Password and you will be directed to select a new password before being redirected to the catalog page.

My video does not playback smoothly. How can I fix this?

Video playback depends on several factors. To improve your playback experience, make sure you have a fast, stable internet connection. We recommend using the most recent version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. You may experience playback issues with outdated devices and browsers.

Can I watch videos using Chromecast and AirPlay?

Yes! Both Chromecast and Airplay are compatible with our site.

To use Chromecast: Locate the Chromecast icon in the bottom right corner of the video you want to cast. Click the icon and select the correct Chromecast from the pop-up in your browser.

To use AirPlay: Open the video on your apple device and click the AirPlay icon in the bottom left corner.

Can I watch videos on my phone or tablet?

Yes. Our website adapts to phone and tablet browsers so you can watch our content anywhere!

School account holder FAQ's

How do I update my billing information?

Once signed into your account, you can update your billing information by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Billing and update your billing information.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Once signed into your account, you can cancel your recurring subscription by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Billing and locate your subscription plan at the bottom of the page. Click Change Plan and Cancel Membership. Your membership will be cancelled and your access will be removed at the end of your current payment period.

My credit card is being declined. Why is that?

Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid. Also, certain credit/debit cards do not allow for recurring subscription billing, and therefore, may be denied.

CPD FAQ's

How do I access the online CPD award?

After the successful completion of the school's annual membership and participant enrollment during registration, all participants will receive an email within two working days. This email will be sent from 'Leadership Skills Foundation e-learning' with the subject line 'Leadership Skills Foundation: Account Confirmation.' It will contain a link to the site and the password necessary to access the course

My learners haven't received their enrolment email - what can I do?

Occasionally emails can end up in junk mail or clutter. Please check your junk mail and clutter folders. Failing that contact us on MWG@leadershipskillsfoundation.org so we can investigate further

The temporary password I have received to logon to the e-learning is not working - what can I do?

If you have copied and pasted your password from your logon details email, sometimes an extra space is tagged onto the end of your password, which prevents it from working. Try to type the password instead. If you are still struggling to logon you can contact us on MWG@leadershipskillsfoundation.org

I am struggling to log onto the platform for the first time and typing in my logon details has not helped - what can I do?

Please visit https://moodle.leadershipskillsfoundation.org and click on the 'Generate a password or recover a forgotten password' link to request a new password. You will receive an email from the 'Leadership Skills Foundation e-learning' where you can set your own password. If you are still struggling to logon you can contact us on MWG@leadershipskillsfoundation.org

I have tried to access my e-certificate but it says it is not available - what can I do?

The learning has to be completed in full for you to be able to access the certificate. Please check you have scored 100% in the assessment and the short feedback section is also completed. You should then be able to click on the e-certificate and download it.

I have lost my certificate can I get a new one?

You can log onto https://moodle.leadershipskillsfoundation.org/ at any time. If the learning is fully complete you can click on your name in the top right hand corner, then profile, then under miscellaneous you can choose 'My certificates'. You can choose the file you want to download.

I can't remember if I have finished the training. Is there a way to check?

Once completed the module, will have a green tick next to it. All sections of the CPD will be unlocked and you will be able to download your certificate.

I am receiving an error part way through the training - what can I do?

To help us resolve your query as quickly as possible it will be helpful to get the following information.

- A description of the error

- A screenshot (if possible)

- Details of what browser you are using, for example Google Chrome or Safari (if possible)

What device can I use to access the e-learning?

The Max Whitlock Teaching Gymnastics in Schools Award CPD element is compatible on laptops, tablets and phones. You will note some of the interactivity may change in the learning depending on what device you are using.

What happens if I get some of the questions wrong?

You will be given the chance to re-do all incorrect questions as many times as you need, until you get them all right.
